I can't sleep.
I watched a presentation on Brain Music Therapy on youtube. In one slide it was saying that our brain produces small amount of electrical activities which induces brain waves. Our brain waves are responding differently to different activities. We have 4 type of Brain Waves:
- Delta: 2 to 4 Hz during sleeping
- Theta: 4 to 8 during day dreaming
- Alpha: 8-12 when you are focused and relaxed, for example watching movie
- Beta: above 12 during high concentration, like doing math
What type of brain wave it is, when you can't focus on anything but you can't sleep either?? Zeta??

First thing: don't worry about your brainy waves or your non-sleeping activity.
If you don't sleep well this night, you'll do it to perfection the next one or the one after the next one.
Or try to do some meditation, viz learning to think about nothing. Hard work and thus it boosts your waves towards a crescendo. This is not a joke though it looks like one.
Last lot least, listen to some good inspiring music, i. e. YouTube
"Bayern des samma mia". This will project you powerfully somewhere, though I don't know where. Because you are not born Bavarian.

I hope you picked the YT-version where the video shows the Rammstein-band. Otherwise you are condemned to do it again.
Rammstein however is something entirely different. Heavy metal kraut rock, something like that. If you feel like listening, what about America - English version. Not very tender for your neighbors (Amerika,
Amerika, coca cola and wonderbra......)

I've seen you did some in depth research. The translation is correct but not complete.
It starts like this:
be friendly,

As to the Law of Purity, this is the oldest law regarding clean food in the world. This law dates from 1517 and states that beer should contain only three ingredients: water, malt, hop. If you buy some German beer for you or your husband, look for this inscription
"Reinheitsgebot - Law of Purity". If you cannot find it on the label, buy another one.

This post is rather strange, her ideas in the past were frequently a bit ambiguous so I would like to hear what you think about this.

I read the post, it is not really clear what's happening. But I think she left Canada for personal reasons, I don't think she expelled (no way). she said it herself that she wants to get closer to Iran.
